Welcome to HelloEmco.com, operated by CLK Media Co., LLC, doing business as HelloEmco (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any digital products or content provided through HelloEmco.com (the “Platform”).

To access certain features, including creating a business listing or purchasing digital products, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services Offered
HelloEmco provides a local business directory and digital marketplace offering:
- Free and Paid Business Listings
- Free and Paid Digital Products, including templates, guides, and online courses
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.
3. Paid Services and Billing
Some features and content on HelloEmco.com require payment, including:
- Premium Business Listings (recurring subscription or one-time fees)
- Premium Digital Products (e.g., PDF templates, guides)
- Online Courses
Prices and payment terms are provided at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for listings, digital products, or courses.
4. User Content and License
By submitting business listings, logos, images, or other content to the Platform (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. However, by doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving our services.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading business information
- Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
6. No Warranty
The Platform and all content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloEmco and CLK Media Co., LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or any content or services provided.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform and any associated services will cease immediately.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, IP address) to provide services, process purchases, and maintain accounts. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We occasionally send messages to confirm, follow up and help our customers stay informed about their appointments and special promotional deals we offer.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@helloemco.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive occasional messages.

10. External Services
Our Platform may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites or services.
11. Export Compliance

The Platform includes commercial computer software and documentation which are provided to U.S. Government end users only as commercial items.
13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fort Walton Beach, FL for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
